Title: Dimensions of object in Flash do not translate correctly in Photoshop

I keep getting the issue that I use a simple shape (such as a rectangle) to find out the dimensions of an image I am intending to make in Photoshop (via properties) and I set the canvas dimensions to those but when I import the completed Photoshop image into Flash, the dimensions are incorrect even if I scale it. In my current case, the width is too narrow. I can compensate for it in this case but how do I prevent it happening in future?

This has happened to me a number of times. The canvas settings for Photoshop were set to pixels like Flash. I am using Flash CS3.

Thanks
