Title: Flash can't load URL that contain Unicode characters?

I need to load dynamic XML formated documents by ActionScript 3, if my parameters haven't any Unicode characters, it work fine: http://dev.socnhi.com/raptivi_dev/gsearch/meo/1, if the parameter have some Unicode characters, the server return the same: http://dev.socnhi.com/raptivi_dev/gsearch/mèo/1, but my Flash application can't load data with that URL.
Could anybody help suggest a workaround or a fix for this issue?
