Title: RTL not implementing in default Tooltips

I am working on a Project which is also available in RTL languages like Hebrew.
But when its in Hebrew , the default tooltips are in the reverse order.
I know i have to use TextFlow in it. But how to use in it Tooltip class (that i dont wanna change the tooltip attributes in all classes, all i want is to change in tooltip class to solve this problem)
Please help me out ASAP

you should extend the tooltip class and implement the text flow inside the class where text is added in tooltip class
