Title: HOW TO IMPORT A FILE USING FLEX 4

I have one doubt that how to import a file using flex 4.If any one knows please help me.Thanks in advance.

You cannot import a file in flash using flex4. But you can just upload file to server.

what kind of file do you want to import. Also its not clear whether you want to import file in flex development environment or want to import file inside an swf created using flex.

its not possible using flex / flash web application.
