Title: Spotlight animation over a logo - please help
How hard is this to do? I don't even know where to start. I designed a logo in illustrator for a client, and its on the homepage of his website, but now he wants this animation like the site below has on his. what the F!! i'm a little stuck :(
He wants the spotlight to go over the logo and then light it up like this website does...this is what he sent me

this is quite easy animation and can be created using flash. The resulted file will be swf file.
