Title: How to make custom scrollpane with using UI component in Flash as3

Any one can tell me...How to make a custom scrollpane with using UI default component in flash cs3 ??

I tried a long time back but it was not that easy as it seemed . Got so many bugs and had to do a lot of mathematics. At the end dropped it . It would be better to extend some scrollbar or skin it as per your requirements.
