Title: red5chat : not working when changing rtmp host from localhost ip


i have installed red5chat in my pc. its working well when i'm using the ip 127.0.0.1 for rmtp host. but when i'm changing the rmtp and http hosts to my real ip, the chat page loads well but chat login not working. i have used the port tester i got these result:

RTMP default FAILED
RTMP 80 FAILED
RTMP 443 FAILED
RTMP 1935 FAILED
RTMPT default FAILED
RTMPT 80 FAILED
RTMPT 1935 FAILED
RTMPT 443 FAILED

please help me.

RTMP is the address where your RED5 server is available. If you have purchased RED5 hosting then only it will work . RED5 connections are failing which means there is no RED5 server available at your real IP (hosting IP address or website). If you have your own server then you need to install red5 on that server else RED5 server hosting needs to be purchased separately and usually have a different IP address than website.
