What are the main differences between Flex2.0 & Flex3.0?

Flex 2 is almost obsolete so I wonder why you want to consider Flex2. Anyways its quite difficult to list all the technical changes that are done. I can mention some major changes:
Flex3 is improved for efficiency and performance
Flex3 includes some new controls like OLAP and Advanced Datagrid
Memory profiler in flex3 for performance analysis
Besides this there are many technical changes like addition of new properties, methods and styles to components
