Which Technoly is best for currecnt and future market to Learn if some one want to switch from Flex.

Right now I don't believe there is any need to switch. Adobe has stated it clearly that they believe HTML5 may be capable in 3 - 5 years to create applications similar to flex and handle use cases. This does not mean that Flex would Die then.

As you can see that PHP, ASP, CGI etc there are many server languages that exist at the same time. So why cant flex.

To my belief it would at-least take 3 years before proper tools for HTML5 development are available to compete with FLex.
