Warm Greetings.

I am looking for Technical Support Engineer, for one of the projects with our client, who specialize in designing, development and maintenance of Video Content Management solutions, Web Portal Services across UK & Europe. The following are the details;

Role: Technical Support Engineer
Duration – 6 Months Rolling
Location – Slough, UK

Mandatory Skills
•Expertise in streaming Media Servers (Microsoft Windows Media Services, Wowza, Adobe Flash Media Server, etc)
•Knowledge of key streaming media formats (Windows Media, H.264, MPEG-4, Flash)
•Experienced in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio operation, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) setup, configuration & troubleshooting
•Installation, configuration and administration of Windows 2000/2003/2008, LDAP, Active Directory and Microsoft Windows IIS
•Experience in routers, switches and Firewalls or similar kind of security device a must

Certifications: MCSE or MCSA , CCNA or CCNP
