Title: urgent datagrid paging

hi,

I have a datagrid, in datagrid i have 100 rows, In 100 rows, every time i will show 20 records only, when i click the next button then it will be next 20 records will be shown, and whenever i click previous button it will be back. How it is?
Please provide the solution,

I am using custom preloader in flex 4 application it is working on windows but not working on MAC OS X , SAme application in Flex 3.2 working perfectly with preloader in MAC but not with flex 4.0... Any one please help me out....
