The pad snaps onto iPhones from the 12 series onwards and also works with Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and other Qi phones – though on Android you’ll need a magnetic (MagSafe-style) case for it to hold on. A fold-out ring doubles as a kickstand, which is handy for video calls on your desk. It switches to trickle charging above 80% to go easy on your battery.
